Well, as usual, I am late getting this out. We hosted an end of the year art reception at our house (over a month ago), but not everyone was able to participate so I decided to share our students’ work here. I hope you enjoy seeing these! We are so proud of our students!
All of these pieces were done in graphite.

And these are the colored pencil pieces finished this year.
We can’t put out all of the art work done in our Experiencing Art class (ages 5-10), so here’s just a sample of our students’ work.
These were all done in colored pencil.

We didn’t do a lot with acrylic this year, but we did learn about the pointillism technique, and we studied Van Gogh’s Irises, as well as modern art.

And, because we like to throw in a couple projects each year that are not strictly drawing or painting, here are some farm animal sculptures and mosaic coasters.
I hope you all enjoyed viewing our students’ artwork. They did an amazing job, and we couldn’t be prouder!
